Your day-to-day

You represent several clients on the phone. The job calls for listening, a real ability to prioritise, multitasking and accurate relaying of information.

  1. 01Answer calls for several Swiss companies as an extension of their own team.
  2. 02Quickly identify the context: client, procedure, level of urgency and information to pass on.
  3. 03Juggle the call, the client’s instructions, the software and writing the message — all at once.
  4. 04Switch hats several times a day without losing accuracy.
  5. 05Recognise sensitive situations and get the right information to the right person.

Who we’re looking for

We separate what is essential from what can strengthen an application. Above all, the role calls for reliability, solid language skills and composure in fast-moving situations.

Essential

  • French + English, French + German, or French + German + English.
  • A solid level (ideally C1) in each language you’ll use daily.
  • Excellent phone manner and clear written messages.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and detailed procedures.
  • Able to work variable hours, including some outside office hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience in reception, secretarial work, customer service or a call centre.
  • Used to environments where you have to prioritise quickly and stay accurate.
  • Interest in a varied role with several clients and several types of requests.
